Bibione and Lignano have the pleasure to share the wonderful landscape of the Tagliamento River’s delta that flows into the Adriatic Sea.
If you are in Bibione, you have to take a little walk or a bicycle ride to the lighthouse, while if you are in Lignano you have to reach the southernmost part of the city to reach the Tagliamento River mouth and be enchanted by the rich Mediterranean flora and by its fauna.
This is a great area also for birdwatching lovers thanks to the variety of ducks and birds that inhabit this last strip of river that divides Bibione and Lignano.
For bike and nature lovers, it is possible to go along the Tagliamento River following its ascent.
