The reservation is confirmed after we have received 20% of the total amount as prepayment. As soon as we receive the prepayment we will send you a booking confirmation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy
• In case of cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the date of arrival: The paid deposit can be transformed into a voucher which can be used for a booking during the current or next year.
• In case of cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the date of arrival or no show: The deposit will be lost.
• Early departures: you will be charged the full amount as per your initial booking reservation excluding the meals you have not consumed.
Arrival Conditions
The arrival must occur on the agreed date starting 1.00 P.M. All the occupants of the room must show their identity cards or passports in order to be registered. Late arrivals must be promptlt communicated to the Hotel; if the Hotel does not receive any communications, the hotelliers will mantain the reserved room untilthe following day at 10 a.m.; after this time the Hotellier can cancel the reservation and sell the room to third parties.
Should the guest leave the hotel prior departure - with exception of cases of documented force majeure - the hotelier may charge the full amount of the booked stay.
